Purpose of This Document

Deposits are subject to fraud checks, and we reserve the right to cancel any deposit if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks. Processing time is normally within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method you used to deposit.

• Bonus conditions must be met at the time a withdrawal request is approved.
• If KYC verification is not complete, withdrawal attempts may be suspended.
• Accounts that initiate chargebacks will be banned immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld.

Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks to wager.

Example (2): Deposit 620,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 920,000 Ks → wagering requirement = 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks to wager.

VIP Cashback Program

The ye99 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up tiers as your play volume increases:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback is credited to your account once a week according to the schedule we determine.

Prohibited Bonus Behaviour

• Bonus abuse — playing only on games that count toward wagering and withdrawing as soon as the requirement is met
• Colluding with family members or friends using their accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Placing equal and opposite bets at any time to neutralise a bonus

If any such behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Random Number Generator (RNG)

Results in slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, and other casino games at ye99 are determined by fair RNG technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined and occur at random, meaning any win is produced solely by the game engine's mechanism.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using software, bots, or automated playing tools
• Deliberately exploiting known game bugs or glitches
• Accessing the site via VPN from a country or region where play is not permitted
• Threatening other users or acting in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus schemes

Football Betting (Sports Betting)

For void matches, suspensions, or any payment-related disputes arising from football betting, our decision is final. If a match is suspended, the Void Rule applies.
